Fishing Charters
The Dolphin II is a 31 Sport fishing boat run by Captain Vito Randazzo President of Fishkatcher Industies & Certified Suba Diver. We like to have fun when we fish. We mainly for sharks, up to fifty miles offshore. We have won The Bayshore Mako & Shark Tournament 2001 with a 378 lbs thresher shark, The Bay shore marina Tournament 2001 with a 154 Mako for third place, and the 2002 46th annual Babylon Invitational Tuna & Shark Tournament with a 161 lbs Mako The only Mako caught large enough to Qualify for the two day event. We were fortunate for the win, plus during the tournament we were filming a television show Adventures in Fishing with Captain Ray Kelly. We fish for Mahi, Mahi, inshore trolling for Tuna, Bluefish, and very good fluke fisherman as well. We offer full day rates offshore, and half day rates inshore. We supply gear, bait, and hospitality, as we said earlier we like to have a good time fishing and hope you will to. Dive trips are available for certification dives, and local wrecks. Salmon Heaven Lodge & Guide Service FISHING!!! The Salmon River provides anglers an
extraordinary fishing experience for trophy size Steelhead, Salmon and
Brown Trout. Salmon are caught all summer in Lake Ontario and then the
first large runs of King and Coho Salmon into the Salmon River begins
around the end of August. These early fish are bright and solid weighing
between 18 - 40 lbs. Salmon continue to inhabit the river until the end
of October. If you want to catch chrome fish, you should arrive in the
first three weeks of September. Steelhead begin showing up from the middle
of October on, feeding on salmon eggs from the King Salmon. |
